Rev. Krupananda Gollapalli
Rev. Krupananda Gollapalli born on 13 of March 1947. He is primarily a church planter and for the past five decades he held several significant leadership positions such as:
- Pastor, Yelahanka Baptist Church.
- Executive Secretary, Karnataka Baptist Sabhegala Samaikya.
- Secretary, Church Growth Association of India.
- Associate National Director, National Indian Ministries.
- Vice President, Baptist Union of India.
- Vice President, Men’s Department of Asian Baptist Federation.
- General Council Member, Baptist World Alliance.
- Member BWAID Committee BWA.
- Pastor Andheri Baptist Church, Bombay.
- Executive Secretary, Convention of Baptist Churches in Maharashtra.
- Pastor, Hope Baptist Church Bangalore Hebbal.
Had an abundant travelling experience in Australia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Jamaica, Dubai, USA, Canada and Yugoslavia.
He is the founder of Alfa Public School and Alfa PU College Yelahanka. Currently he is the Secretary of Abundant Life for All Ministries and all India Baptist Federation. Trustee, Convention of Baptist Churches in Maharashtra and Pastor at Yelahanka Baptist Church.
Joe Gollapalli
Joe Gollapalli is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Enbridge. Enbridge Inc. is a leading North American energy infrastructure company, operating in liquids pipelines, gas transmission, and renewable energy with an annual revenue of $32.335 billion. Enbridge continues to focus on diversified energy infrastructure and is increasingly investing in renewable energy projects.
In this role, Joe will be responsible for:
Leading the Information Technology division, focusing on operations, mergers and acquisitions, business process simplification, operational technology, data, AI, and digital initiatives.
Driving technological advancements that align with Enbridge’s strategic goals.
Overseeing the management of IT operations, ensuring the seamless performance of shared IT services, data centers, cloud, networks, and telecommunications
Fostering a high-performance culture through complex people transformation initiatives.
Collaborating with business leaders to identify and analyze enterprise outcomes and drivers, crafting a technology strategy that responds effectively to disruptive forces.
Managing operational and capital budgets, lead enterprise architecture team and presenting a gap analysis, and developing an IT investment roadmap to guide future-state business capabilities.
Championing technology innovation, exploring emerging technologies to transform business processes and customer experiences. Leading several delivery COE’s including Gen AI, lowcode, chatbots and power platform
Ensuring business continuity, managing risks, and leading the organization through change and disruption with a forward-thinking approach.

Violet Mary Gollapalli
Violet Mary Gollapalli is renowned for dedication to early childhood education, with an unwavering passion and innovative approach that have transformed this vision into reality. As an esteemed educator at Woodview Elementary School in Houston, Texas, part of the Spring Branch Independent School District, Violet has become a driving force in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning among students.
Today, Violet plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing creative educational strategies, ensuring impactful teaching experiences for young learners. Efforts such as leading initiatives like the “Counting Collections” project exemplify a commitment to blending hands-on, engaging methods with modern pedagogy to create a nurturing learning environment.
Compassionate and dynamic in approach, Violet is admired for strong leadership, eloquence, and dedication to the holistic development of students. A love for education and a steadfast mission to make foundational learning meaningful and accessible reflect a lifelong commitment to empowering future generations
Arpana Agneshwar
Arpana Agneshwar is a serial entrepreneur and is currently Founder & CEO of Aimient. She spent more than fifteen years leading high-performing recruiting teams at companies like Citi and MSG. Ana created Aimient to disrupt the status quo and developed a platform that leverages sophisticated technology to improve Talent Acquisition practices. She is driven to help companies create successful and inclusive workforces.
Arpana is an avid believer that purpose and profit can co-exist, which are reflected in two passion projects that she is collaborating on. One that connects women entrepreneurs to financing and another that democratizes educational opportunities. Arpana has a BSc in Psychology from University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and an MSc in Educational Psychology from Baylor. She currently lives in NYC with her husband and 11 year old twins. She loves to travel and aspires to visit at least one new country a year with her family.
Philip Sone
Philip Sone is currently the principle of the Alfa Public School
Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Kuvempu University Diploma in Teaching from the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board
